The following has been sent out to local residents.
Extra Care Housing Yeadon – Weekend working
We are writing to inform you that we will be working this weekend on the Extra Care Housing project. We want to minimise disruption to the local community so will be working reduced hours. These are outlined below:
• Saturday 29th August 2015 – 7.30am – 3pm (no noisy operations before 8.30am)
• Sunday 30th August 2015 – 7.30am – 1pm (no noisy operations before 8.30am)
• Monday 31st August 2015 – 7.30am – 3pm (no noisy operations before 8.30am)*
*If progress goes well Saturday and Sunday, we may decide not to work Monday 31st.
We are planning to work Saturdays until the end of September 2015 from 7.30am – 2pm. Once again, noisy operations will not commence before 8.30am.
We can confirm that these proposals are within the planning conditions for the site and we have advised Leeds City Council of these arrangements.
Whilst the site is open we aim to work with as little disruption as possible. If you are concerned in any way, please contact the Site Office, or alternatively you can contact Adrian Kirby, Site Manager on 07584376170
At the end of each day the site area will be secured and left in a safe condition. If you see anyone, especially children in the site area please call Adrian Kirby on 07584376170 as soon as possible. Your co-operation in this matter could prevent an accident happening.
Finally, we would like to remind you about the open event next week. The open event will be on: Wednesday 2nd September 2015 at Yeadon library between the hours of 3pm to 6pm. The library is located at Town Hall Square, Yeadon, LS19 7PP. We look forward to meeting you there.
Thank you for your co-operation and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused whilst we are working in your area.Leave a comment
