The Board of Trustees of CAB has recently made its decision to replace drop-in facilities in the outer-Leeds bureaux with outreach facilities. The attached note, which has been produced in conjunction with Leeds CAB, explains the new arrangements for the provision of advice.
Here is a copy of the report. I note that they have said an appointment can be made to visit a welfare rights worker at the one stop shop, but they list the old address on Boroughgate that was vacated years ago! MIT makes me wonder just how much they understand Otley or have researched into our needs when they can’t even keep their own information up to date.
It is a kick in the teeth for the excellent volunteers at the Otley CAB who delivered excellent value for money.Leave a comment
